Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Job Type: Full- time, Permanent
Location: Pembrokeshire
*Due to location relocation support can be discussed*
Salary: £31,225 with a shift allowance of £3,000
Hours: 4 on and 4 off rotating between days and nights

My client based in Pembrokeshire is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their small but friendly site. This client is a well-known bottled water brand who produce and supply businesses across the UK. They also have relationships with other major well-known brands therefore the career opportunities are endless.

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
Co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, planning and implementation of all maintenance programs in a safe & effective manner
Implementation of proactive maintenance programs/systems focused on improving Safety, on-stream reliability, increase productivity and reduce maintenance costs
To liaise with the engineering suppliers to ensure that the spare parts are in stock and with contractors when required
Ensure quality standards are upheld and monitored throughout the operation.
Ensure all work activities are performed in a safe manner and that appropriate HSE documentation is completed to the required legal and company standards.
Ensure that all training needs are identified and included in people plan
In Conjunction with the Engineering Manager, development of the Capital Expenditure Budget management and execution of the Capital Expenditure.
Recognize and design out faults that will transcend disciplines in equipment, without compromising safety, play a leading role in preventing repetitive faults.
Discuss issues and take actions with agreed suppliers and contractors.
Analyze production and engineering methods/equipment and procedures and recommend improvements in their efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
Communicate effectively across all levels of production and engineering in highlighting/resolving technical/process issues.
