Salary: £32,300

Extras: Shift allowance £3,000

5% annual bonus

Hours: 4 on 4 off (6am to 6pm x2 then 6pm to 6am x2)

My client based in Pembrokeshire who is a well-known bottled water brand who produce and supply businesses across the UK is looking for the right candidate to operate within a shift pattern to provide the oversights, management and co-ordination of all Maintenance and Engineering activities.

Duties

· Co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, planning and implementation of all maintenance programs in a safe & effective manner.

· Implementation of proactive maintenance programs/systems focused on improving Safety, on-stream reliability, increase productivity and reduce maintenance costs

· To liaise with the engineering suppliers to ensure that the spare parts are in stock

· Ensure quality standards are upheld and monitored throughout the operation.

· Ensure all work activities are performed in a safe manner and that appropriate HSE documentation is completed to the required legal and company standards.

· Recognize and design out faults that will transcend disciplines in equipment

· Discuss issues and take actions with agreed suppliers and contractors.

· Analyze production and engineering methods/equipment and procedures and recommend improvements in their efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

· Communicate effectively across all levels of production and engineering in highlighting/resolving technical/process issues.
