Our client is an industry leader within electronics, looking to expand their friendly team due to business growth, this is a great opportunity to secure yourself a permanent position with career development.

NPI Manager - Main Duties
- Leading a team to successfully introduce new products into the business by using effective project management
- Communicate with the customer in relation to receipt of new product briefs,
clarification of brief with reference to the BOM, test requirements, packaging, sampling and
project timescales
- Ensure customers are regularly updated on the progress of projects and any issues
- Accountable for the coordination of technical feasibility and manufacturing trials and ensuring any trial reports are generated and corrective actions from the trial are implemented
- Accountable for ensuring all aspects of the project are available on time from system set up to
entry into production.

-Deep understanding of product development process (design, prototyping, testing and validation)
-Great communication skills
-Customer-centric approach and drive to exceed expectations
