Job Description

My client based in Swansea area are seeking an office-based Office Administrator/Accounts Administrator to join their small, fun and friendly team.

Role: Office Administrator/Accounts Administrator

Location: Swansea

Duties

  • customer service - responding to incoming queries and requests from customers and/or suppliers

  • Dealing with queries in regards to stock

  • Liaising with couriers such as fed ex

  • Processing orders

  • ​Invoicing

  • ​Raising purchase orders

  • ​Basic accountancy and data entry tasks

Skills required

* Strong organisation and attention to detail

* Be able to communicate clearly with a confident telephone manner

* Good timekeeping and attendance

* IT proficient with sound knowledge of Microsoft office

SAGE experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Starting at £21,000
