We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to join a leading company in Newport. This is a great opportunity that comes with genuine progression over time and increased experience into a more senior Project Manager position.
As Office Coordinator you will:
- Use your communication skills when liaising daily with clients and site workers tasked with completing construction jobs for them around the South Wales and West areas.
- Showcase your organisational skills when assigning people to certain jobs, dealing with a variety of queries from clients and working to time scales to the agreed level of service
- Take pride in getting the job done effectively, on time and seeing it through from initial enquiry to completion
- Demonstrate strong administrative capabilities and use your numeracy skills to full advantage when ordering materials, handling new quotes and analysing floor plans
