Operations Manager - Based in Neath - Permanent Role

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Benefits

Fully qualified driver required - Pool vehicles available for site visits (plus expenses)

VibeRecruit is working on behalf of an established design & construction firm based in Neath who focus on both new build & refurbishment/refit of healthcare facilities (including dental practices, doctor's surgeries and rest homes etc). Their client base covers both the M4 corridor and South East.

Due to increased operational requirements they are currently seeking an Operations Manager to take up a dual site & office-based role on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project feasibility & cost planning documentation, as well as developing tendering & procurement specifications for various clients located around the UK. Knowledge & demonstrated experience of AutoCAD is highly desirable.

Ideally, he/she will be an outgoing person, with the ability to get on with individuals at all levels of business, from shop floor to senior management.

They will also be expected to have a strong portfolio of contacts; from material suppliers, to subcontractors having spent at least 3-5 years within the construction sector.

Finally, he/she will be required to travel frequently so a full UK driving license is required.

The role is open to Quantity Surveyors or Op's Managers with experience in the aforementioned areas.
