We are currently recruiting for an Outbound Sales Representative to join an award winning healthcare firm in Caerphilly. This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant team and an exciting business.

As Outbound Sales Representative you will:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and engage in product or service discussions.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication.

• Possess a deep understanding of the products or services being offered in order to answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Deliver pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase or take desired actions.

• Identify and qualify sales leads, and record relevant information.

• Address customer objections or concerns effectively and work to overcome them.

• Maintain contact with potential customers through follow-up calls, emails, or other communication methods.

• Keep accurate records of sales interactions and transactions.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training and development.
