Job Description

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR FOR 250+ EMPLOYEES

Duties will include:
Monitoring Time and Attendance of employees

Updating Time and Attendance system for new starters, leaver's, daily attendance and absences

Usage of SAGE 50 Payroll

All aspects of monthly payroll process; entering new starter details, processing monthly amounts due, employee payment by BACS, processing leavers, administrating pensions schemes, monthly RTI,

Making monthly HMRC payment and annual reporting, P60s etc

P11ds
Collating information, completing, submitting to HMRC and employee

General responsibilities duties
Preparation of reports as and when requested by managers
Aiding managers on pay reviews
Entering payroll payments on SAGE 200
All necessary filing
Other correspondence or reporting as requested

The Ideal Candidate, will be a reliable and professional individual with extensive payroll experience (ideally 10+ years)
You will have the ability to appreciate the need for confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
You will be Self-motivated and pro active,with the ability to promote positive changes, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
