Print Shop Technician (2)

Print assistant required to assist shift leader ( 1st operator ) Supervision on the whole shift , in the most efficient manner possible whilst ensuring the output according with the target required

This is a 3 shift pattern of Days, Nights and Afternoons - Salary of £25,300 ( incl shift allowance)

Responsibilities:

Running the shifts in absence of 1st Operator
Make ready activity
Cleaning activity
Feeder Management ( board identification , use of turn pallet
Waste management and house keeping
Production Output control
Quality control according with Procedure existing
Participate in the company TPM(Continuous Improvement) programmes
Support other team members IN Maintenance Dept
Proactive on The H&S

Experience needed:

5 years offset assistant or printer
Colorimetry knowledge
Software colour control
Spectrophotometer knowledge
Offset Inks knowledge
Report generation Access/Excel
Proven problem solving skills
Demonstrating creative solutions introduce changes to processes to eliminate issues from reoccurring
