We are currently recruiting for a Process Engineering Leader to join a major manufacturer in Cwmbran. This is a great opportunity to join a worldwide firm that can boast over 30,000 employees and and a strong culture for employee engagement and continuous development.

As Process Engineering Leader you will:

- Provide technical and process knowledge to shift teams

- Ensure that all site operations within the process area exhibit consistent and aligned process compliance

- Lead and participate in a number of exciting, new continuous improvement projects and also have knowledge of a range of tools and techniques, for example: root cause analysis, fish bone diagrams, TPM, 5S, Group problem solving.

- Seek to maintain a steady state of plant performance whilst applying improvements to the manufacturing process

- Use your leadership skills to full advantage when objective setting, looking at training needs analysis, implementing training plans, application of delivery plans and first stage disciplinary action

- Maintain clear compliance to standards through engagement, re-education and support whilst leading with clear direction
