Production Engineer

My client based in Port Talbot are keen to welcome a candidate who is Multi-Skilled with knowledge of electrical engineering into the team who is looking for a varied role.

Description
Reactive and preventative maintenance
Fault finding
Process improvements
Machine improvements
New machine implementation (specification, justification, installation)
Machine optimisation including the use of jigs and tooling.
Diagnosis of machine performance and systematic machine improvement
Facilities maintenance of the building

You will need:
to demonstrate a successful track record gained in a Production/Process/Manufacturing Engineering type role.
Understanding of engineering documentation.
Safe working practises in a manufacturing environment to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to work on multiple tasks with varying priorities.
Self-motivated ("can do attitude") and able to work in a team / multiple teams.

This role is on a 3 shift rotating pattern days, afternoons and nights paying £35,000 + Shift allowance
