Production Operator

Vibe Recruit's client based at 2 sites, Treorchy and Llwynypia, are looking for Production Operators for an immediate start.

Main Purpose Of Role

Responsible for the manufacturing of UPVC products, working as part of a team to achieve excellent standards in safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities Of The Role Include

• Perform duties in line with set operating procedures and works instructions.
• Ensure all quality requirements are adhered to.
• Complete quality checks and procedures as required.
• Produce each component to acceptable standards and with minimal breakages.
• Adhere to all safety procedures,
• Use appropriate PPE for each area as highlighted in the risk assessment.

• Ability to use and monitor
• Manual handling
• Health and safety awareness
• Customer base and product knowledge
• Able to work under own direction and achieve daily targets

The Successful Candidate

• Quality conscious
• Experience of working within a high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated
