We are recruiting for Production Supervisor to join a well established manufacturer in the Blackwood area. This role is newly created due to multi million pound investment and you will be able to take advantage of excellent training and ongoing development.

As Production Supervisor you will:

- Use your leadership skills to effectively manage your team

- Effectively manage labour resources and work to the production plan to meet plant KPIs at optimal cost.

- Involve yourself in the training and development of your team to achieve optimum production efficiency and product quality.

- Support 5s in the workplace ensuring team and operator compliance whilst looking at ways of reducing product loss and wastage.

- Organise departmental safety inspections and be able to draw on your experience of carrying out audits as required.
