The role

Vibe Recruit are proud to be representing a prestigious FMCG client who currently require an experienced Production Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Production Manager your role will be to oversee the production of the finest quality products. This role is pivotal to the business and you will need to demonstrate a hands-on management approach. You will ensure smooth and compliant practices within a high performance and busy production environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Monitoring and driving performance across the shift
Ensure correct deployment of staff
Lead and effectively manage each production line.
Checking/ observing compliance on each production line to achieve efficiency
Complete all quality control documentation accurately
Apply Continuous Improvement techniques and problem solving with your team
100% compliance with Industry standard regulations, quality, housekeeping and safety systems
Working with production manager and the technical team to ensure forward planning
Route cause analysis
