We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a manufacturer in Caerphilly that has recently benefitted from multi million pound investment and very impressive growth. The company in question can boast a number of recent acquisitions and a product offering that will always be in high demand.

As Production Team Leader you will:

- Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a production team to achieve targets.

- Use your previous Lean Manufacture experience or the ability to learn new techniques essential

- Train, maintain and develop team member's skills within the dept.

- Display attention to detail when monitoring department performance and time keeping

- Ensure the upkeep of machinery within the department to a high level

- Work with Supply Chain to ensure sufficient stock to meet orders.

- Adopt a proactive approach to all Health & Safety and environmental issues.

- Adapt / adopt new methods of working and/or new technology the Company introduces and undergo training as the Company directs.
