We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a multi award winning manufacturer in Caerphilly. As Production Team Leader you will have the chance to work in a modern working environment and will benefit from excellent ongoing training and development.

You will:

- Use your leadership skills to full advantage when supervising a skilled team of 9 operators in a quality focused assembly department

- Be able to motivate, inspire, lead by example and take pride in the products produced in your department

- Showcase your knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques

- Pay attention to health and safety and be able to suggest ways of reducing waste and improving processes

- Use your organisational skills daily when managing rotas, holidays and absences
