Quantity Surveyor - Based in Stonehouse, Gloucester - Permanent Role

Excellent base salary with additional benefits on offer / Frequent UK travel - Candidates will require a full UK driving license

VibeRecruit is working with an award-winning light steel frame design & construction company who are industry leaders operating across the residential & commercial sectors respectively.

Their main projects include designing & constructing bespoke housing, schools & colleges, student accommodation and leisure facilities across the UK; using light frame structural steel, which is sustainable, quick to manufacture and highly cost efficient.

Due to increased business gains they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with knowledge & experience of structural steel design & construction to take up an immediate role based in Stonehouse, Gloucester.

The successful candidate will be required to price & submit valuations to subcontractors whilst liaising with estimators and members of the design team. They will subsequently need to agree variations with the main contractor who will be receiving monthly valuations on overall cost.

Our client is currently managing multiple projects across the UK so frequent travel & overnight stays will be required (fully funded including mileage).
