Regional HR Advisor - West Midlands (Part Time 32 hrs a week)

Vibe Recruit are on the lookout for a CIPD Level 7 qualified, Part Time Regional HR Advisor (32 hours over a 4 day week) to cover a clients 4 sites based in the West Midlands region.

The Successful candidate will be able to promote the company vision and a positive working environment for all colleagues, comply with employment law, facilitate colleague relations, be involved in training and development, and provide the business with necessary tools to define and influence organisational culture.

Ideally you will have a positive outlook, be supportive, team focused, organised, efficient and an excellent listener. You will be capable of understanding and navigating complex grey areas, and see solutions to challenging people-related problems.

As well as supporting and developing line managers with their employee management skills along with guidance on on-boarding, recruitment and employee relation issues such as time keeping etc. You will also compile and produce monthly reports for the business.
