We are now recruiting Store Manager for one of our very established clients based in Cardiff due to the business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be proactive in your approach and will work using your own initiative. Ideally you will have experience of working in a retail environment, managing, or supervising a small team.

Store Manager - Main Duties
-Inspire your team to drive sales
-Support your team to deliver targets and lead by example
-Ensure you and your team provide a fantastic customer service experience
-Maximise store profitability by promoting sales within the store
-Managing daily operations of the store whilst ensuring costs are contained within targets
