An opportunity is available for an experienced Road Freight Clerk to join an International Freight Forwarder, based in Cwmbran. Structured career path and progression offered within a ever growing industry.

The Role

• Coordinating each shipment from start to finish
• Handling 60% International & 40% UK deliveries
• Client liaison over telephone and email
• Ensure accurate cost and revenue estimates
• UK deliveries - direct deliveries & using overnight pallet networks

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous freight forwarding experience is essential
• High level of customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills
