Sales Administrator (Motor Trade) - Scunthorpe

Vibe Recruit are currently looking for for a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Administrator, who has the desire to work in a fast paced, demanding environment, experience in the Motor trade is desirable but not essential and you will have excellent IT skills plus advanced levels of communication written or verbal.

You will be providing a thorough service to our clients automotive customers to ensure that customer vehicles are on the road within the shortest time possible by providing exceptional customer service using various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email along with administration support to the Sales Managers.

Part of the role will be creating order forms, finance documents and other paperwork required to progress a deal plus to keep customers informed with detailed progress reports of vehicle orders and raising invoices, external and internal orders, complete final delivery documentation etc.
