My client based in Bridgend are seeking a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join their team.
The general purpose of this role is to raise orders for dispatch, collection or logistics requirements. You will also be responsible for tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery and maintain client satisfaction.

You'll be dealing with clients and suppliers on a daily basis and reporting any issues so excellent communication skills are a must in this role.

Main Responsibilities:
Raise sales orders and prepare any additional paperwork
Book couriers as required
Liaise with courier companies to ensure shipments are delivered on time
Liaise with project management team to provide shipping information
Assist with queries
Confirm with clients that collections have been made
Track orders

You will need excellent communication skills and exception attention to detail.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday with rotating hours Week 1: 06.30am 02.30pm Week 2 09.30am-05.30pm
