Office Sales / Counter Assistant - Bicester

Position: Office Sales / Counter Assistant

Location: Bicester

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000

Hours: Monday - Friday - 7.30am - 4.30pm

Every other Saturday - 7.30am - 12pm

Type: Temp to perm - Full-time

Benefits: Bonus Scheme, 30 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays

Our client who are a construction retail company based in Bicester are currently looking for a Counter Assistant to join their team. They are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and sales. You will be working with a great team so being a people person would be a big advantage as they continue to expand and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent level of customer engagement through offering advice, recommendations, and assistance
• Serving and answering any incoming enquiries via telephone and shop counter sales
• Ensuring that stock is replenished when required
• Processing quotations
• Knowledge of building materials would be preferred and beneficial

Requirements:

• Forklift Truck license preferred but training will be provided
• Sufficient knowledge and IT skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Great communication skills
• Flexible approach to duties and tasks
