We are recruiting for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join an industry leader in what is a truly exciting time be part of a rapidly growing HR function. You will be an integral part of the HR team as the Company and department enters an exciting new phase which will give you exposure to senior managers in the team.

As Senior Employee Relations Advisor you will:

• Have responsibility for employee relations cases ranging from absence management to Employment Tribunal work.
• Be heavily involved in change projects including acquisitions and TUPE management, leading case management discussions and coaching Advisors to be the best advocates of the company values they can be.
• Have responsibility for a team of Advisors and report directly into the Group HR Manager.
• Use your ability to manage high volumes of employee relations casework including dispute resolutions and settlements, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
• Showcase in-depth knowledge of UK employment law
• Demonstrate experience of managing complex employee relations caseloads
• Prepare accurate information for TUPE transfers in & out particularly the ELI and proposed measures
  
  Have experience of working in a unionised environment ( this is desirable )
