Retail Supervisor
Permanent - 40 hours per week
Salary: £19500.00 - £20000.00 per annum plus benefits
Location: Trethomas, Caerphilly

Reporting directly to the Store Manager your sole responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service supporting and driving sales for the business. You will demonstrate a natural passion for customer service with the ability to ensure high standards of presentation within the store.

Duties and responsibilities
Support the management team to develop an effective sales culture, leading the team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Utilise all company initiatives and incentives to drive sales performance
Deliver a can do attitude for all elements of the role
Deliver store adherence to sales sales and quality processes including health and safety, environmental health and pricing legislation
Deliver superior customer service and look for opportunities to offer all promotions and add on sales
Drive to ensure daily and weekly targets are met at an individual level
Ensure all tasks are delivered in line with timescales as agreed by the management team with a right first-time approach
Consistently action external and internal storage processes and standards to ensure efficient delivery of store replenishment including fresh item rotation
As you grow within this role you will develop the teams' level of knowledge and support the management team in managing the overall team
