Supply Chain Administrator

Do you have previous experience in Supply Chain or are you an Engineering Graduate? Are you available for on-going temporary work asap? Do you live locally to Wantage and are available to work Monday to Friday?

Join our client in Wantage in an on-going temporary role as a Supply Chain Analyst.

The Supply Chain Analyst will:

• Create, amend & monitor intercompany purchase orders
• Check master data in both JDE and SAP systems, discuss and liaise internally and externally and amend any errors
• Periodically check and cleanse PO from SAP
• Create & consolidate Standard Operating Procedures for central team including user guides for system transactions
• Weekly consolidate and report the inventory
• Process scrap sales
• Submit & communicate supplier quality control records

The Supply Chain Analyst will be:

• A graduate or someone with 2-3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Sourcing in an industrial environment
• Industrial engineering background (degree level or proven relevant experience).
• Knowledge about customer demand planning, Production capabilities - efficiency, line speeds, maintenance preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated individual, able to work with minimum level of supervision, pro-active
• Ready and happy to work in diverse cultural / multinational environment
• Ability to establish and maintain organised structures and processes
• Computer literate; with ERP knowledge (SAP/JDE)
