One of our most high-profile clients, a major South Wales employer within manufacturing industry is now seeking Talent Development Manager to join their team. This is a really exciting time to join the business where no two days are the same.

As a Talent Development Manager, you will:
-Design and implement integrated talent programme
-Develop strategic plans for performance improvement and key role succession
-Determine strengths, gaps and needs across the business
-Define and develop graduate development experience
-Support the management with implementation of succession planning practices and talent management, enabling the managers to identify and grow high potential talent

What are we looking for in you?
-Talent Development Manager experience
-Experience within engineering/ manufacturing markets
-Effective communication skills both in written and spoken English
-Experience of project work and great presentation skills
