Technical Sales Engineer

Main Responsibilities

Order processing and order management in a timely and detailed manner.
Technical email enquiries and customer calls
Processing customer complaints, ensuring the best outcome for the customer and the company.
Manage workload and ensure KPI's are met
Accurate fault diagnosis and attention to detail
Good house keeping
Update digital records and order spare parts
Liaison with all internal customers & departments
Management and organisation of your own and shared inboxes
Efficient, timely & detailed correspondents with external & internal customers

Response times for internal/external customers on both email/phone calls

Minimise stock loss
Accurate fault diagnosis and quotes

7. KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Technical product knowledge of Respiratory Equipment, Powered Scooters, Profiling Beds, Dynamic Mattresses advantageous
P.A.T qualification
Use of hand tools and product software
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to build strong working relationships both in and outside the organisation
Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working
Computer literate/keyboard skills
