Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for sales and customer service? Join our client as a Telesales Representative in Tredegar.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in telesales or customer service roles, excellent communication skills in both English and German, and a cool-tempered approach to handling customer interactions.

Telesales Representative Benefits:

Telesales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed - setting appointments as required.
  • Enter and update customer information in Hubspot.
  • Process orders in an accurate manner - progress to quotation via Hubspot workflow.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Measured success to be monitored with delivery against impact - daily, weekly and monthly reporting.

Telesales Representative Experience / Skills:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
