Tool Maker

Vibe Recruit's client, based in Mountain Ash, are looking for an experienced toolmaker with a strong background in injection mould tooling to cover the following areas:

• Contribute to the efficient operation of the department
• Repair, modify and maintain existing injection mould tools
• Report on potential issues & solutions
• Review existing methods and processes to improve productivity
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities

You will possess excellent organisational skills and be expected to have the initiative and drive to take the role forward.

Successful candidates will be suitably qualified with a minimum of 5 years served as a toolmaker.

Although not essential, previous experience supervising a small team of skilled toolmakers would be an advantage.

Hours: Monday - Friday - rotating mornings and afternoons.
