Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Due to rapid growth and expansion we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fun and friendly team.

If you are driven, motivated and enthusiastic and looking to start your career in recruitment with a truly fantastic company then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Working closely with the Senior Permanents Consultant in the Swansea branch, your role will include:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing new business opportunities
• Capitalising on existing business
• Account Management
• Providing excellent customer service
• Attending meetings, face to face restrictions permitting
• Interviewing candidates
• Updating databases
• Working to targets and deadlines
• Administration

Now, if you don't understand some of the above duties - don't worry! As a trainee you'll receive excellent training, all you need to have is a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will also need:

• Excellent communcation skills
• A good telephone manner
• Good IT Skills
• Relationship building skills
• An enthusiastic and motivated nature
