Transport Clerk

Vibe recruit are recruiting a Transport Clerk for an immediate start for our client based in Oxford.

This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate, paying £25000 per annum. You will be working 2pm - 10pm shift with a one hour break.

As a transport Clerk it will be your responsibility to:

• Debrief drivers in conjunction with the debrief system and that all paperwork is accurately completed and signed.
• Driver pack creation
• Answer busy calls, must have a confident telephone manner with a diplomatic approach.
• Raising defects
• Monitor drivers hours

Ideal candidate:

• Must have experience in a fast paced transport office
• Be able to multi task
