Our prestigious Oxford based client are looking for a Transport Coordinator to start asap on a ongoing basis, temp to perm/ permanent.
Main duties:
- Managing calls from engineers, drivers and customers
- Supporting with planning issues
- Processing POD's
- Supporting updating of external portals such as Royal Mail and other carriers
- Organising and arranging subcontractors and other jobs
- General Admin
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with experience of working in a transport office. A good understanding of excel is essential.
Salary - £28,000 per annum
Hours - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, 40 hrs per week
