Warehouse Administrator

Vibe Recruit are currently looking for experienced Warehouse/Logistics Administrator to work with our well-established client, based in Pontypool.

The successful candidate will be a good team player to work along with the Inventory Controller and warehouse team to investigate any stock related issues.

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday - 07:30am - 16:00pm
Friday - 07:30am - 14:45pm

Salary:

Starting at £19,500 after a successful 3 month probation period potential increase of up to £23,000.

Key Duties:

• Goods out wave pick triggering - uses the Warehouse Management System to select the wave picks required for that day
• Goods in put-away and stock movement
• Production materials picks cover
• Manifest and label production - outputting labels for dispatch. Creating the manifest on the courier software
• Sense check and edit automated Commercial invoice administration
• Working with the inventory Controller to identify stock level issues, investigating errors and issues and resolving queries.

Working for a fast-growing enterprise the client is looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated administrator.

You will need:

• A proven track record in administration - distribution administration an advantage but not essential
• A high level of computer literacy & ability to use computerized warehouse management systems and use of Excel
• Good communication and numeracy skills
• High levels of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of NetSuite or WEARlinx would be advantageous
