Warehouse Controller

My client, a very successful retailer based in Swansea, is looking for a Warehouse Controller to join their distribution team.

Your role as Warehouse Controller will involve helping to coordinate and manage people and the overall process.

The job is very hands-on role and typical duties will include:

Processing orders and planning the dispatching of products, from online retail sales
Planning rotas
Meeting productivity targets
Maintaining computerised admin
Maintaining automated storage and retrieval systems
Managing staff including discipline and training
Ensuring security arrangements are in place

You must have excellent communication skills, and a good work ethic.

Organisation and enthusiasm are key!

This is a full time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £20,000 plus pension, plus 10% bonus
