We are now recruiting a permanent nights Warehouse Operative for one of our hi-end manufacturing clients based in Hereford due to business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure employment with a company offering a great working environment and fully funded training plan and an immediate start.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will:
-Ensure that warehouse duties are completed to a high standard in line with Good Manufacturing Practices
-Work safely and to a high level of quality at all times
-Report any potential damage or defect to the product to line management
-Assist with weekly warehouse audits and resolve audit findings when necessary
-Ensure a smooth flow of materials to the production lines
-Pick work orders for the packing team and process returned materials accurately

What are we looking for in you?
-Positive 'can do attitude' and great work ethic
-The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a warehouse, preferably within manufacturing environment
-You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritise workload
-Full UK driving licence
-Computer literacy
-Great communication skills
