Warehouse/Dispatch operative

Vibe are currently recruiting for dispatch / warehouse operators on behalf of our client based in the Merthyr Tydfil area on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders ready for dispatch
• Stock checking using hand held scanners
• Loading lorries using hand pallet trucks
• Maneuvering stock between different areas of site
• Adhering to health and safety always

Requirements :

• Previous warehouse / dispatch experience in a food industry
• Previous use of electric pallet trucks
• Experience using hand held scanners
• Experience of stock management
• Counterbalance and reach FLT
• Food hygiene level 2 is desirable but not essential for this post.

Hours of work are negotiable from the working patterns below:

• 6am - 6pm , 4 days on , 4 days off
• Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
• Tuesday - Saturday 7am -3pm

Licenses are not essential for the position and full training will be provided.

ALL PPE WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENT.
