Warranty Administrator

The Warranty Administrator will:

• Be based within the Service department, report to the Service Manager and work closely with all areas of Service, overseeing all warranty claims
• Be responsible for the warranty function ensuring that claims are managed and processed
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Work in a structured & organised manner
• Ensure full accountability and compliance of parts and labour claimed under warranty
• Drive the warranty function forward through development, communication and implementation of a clear, pro-active, strategic approach
  Update the systems including- Kerridge
  
• Our client is offering a competitive basic salary, negotiable for the right candidate.
  
  Warranty experience within a main dealer would be extremely advantageous
