We are recruiting for a Welder Fabricator with experience of site work to work for a highly successful, family run engineering firm in Bridgend.

As a Welder Fabricator you will:

- Have the ability to work independently
- Be involved in a variety of breakdown and project work
- Possess great MIG welding skills and be able to fabricate to a high standard
- Use a variety of workshop machinery such as grinding machines, manual lathes and drilling machines
- Be familiar with site work, working at height and in confined spaces

This is a role that will involve plenty of additional overtime so there is the option earn a significant amount annually. You will be required to travel regularly to sites in order to perform the welding and fabrication duties and will benefit from excellent ongoing support and potential future career progression.
