Fabricator/Welder

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our clients team in Blaenavon.

This role will be suited to someone who enjoys hands on work and who is able to physically meet the job demands and have an eye for detail.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

• Welding plant machinery using a wide variety of tools and equipment
• Following drawings and recognizing welding symbols and specifications

Essential skills:

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of TIG, MIG and ARC
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in fabrication and welding
• Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• A good understanding of production requirements to achieve deadlines and high quality standards

£10.15 per hour

39 hours per week:

Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 16:15

Friday 07:30 - 13:30

Overtime is paid after 39 hours per week at Time 1/2 (Mon-Sat) and double time for hours worked on Sunday.
