About the role:

Vibe Recruit have partnered up with a prestigious client who is seeking a Wrapper to join their team. You will be responsible for gift wrapping and ensuring cleanliness of the workplace supporting the team, helping to create a positive luxurious shopping experience for clients in store.

The ideal candidate will need have strong multitasking skills, ability to work under pressure effectively and have exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
• General upkeep and ensuring the workplace is tidy
• Packing and gift-wrapping products purchased paying attention to detail in line with brand procedures
• Creating a luxury experience for the customers journey in the store
• Coordinating with the store team and providing seamless client assistance
  
  

Requirements:

• Organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a pleasing demeanour
• Excellent customer service skills
• An eye to detail and ability to work under pressure
