Role - Zone Leader

Location - Baglan

Contract - Temp to Perm

Rate of Pay - £23000 - £25000 (depending on experience) per annum plus shift allowance

Vibe Recruit have an immediate requirement for a Zone Leader for our client in Baglan.

Primary activities in this role will include:

• Required to comply and drive Health and Safety regulations
• Actively promote a "right first time" environment
• Meeting daily/weekly packing plans
• Assist in NC/CAPA investigations as required
• Liaise with support departments to ensure production targets can be met and highlight any discrepancies
• Manage the accurate completion of the production plan
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Organise and manage a production team
• Flexible approach to shift work to meet production volumes

Knowledge & Experience required:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office Tools
• Responsible for correct working procedures and personal adherence to various regulatory guidelines
• Be proactive, able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Team player, able to motivate and engage with the team
• Candidates should be educated to GCSE level
