It's been one year since Ben Thompson joined the Vibe Recruit team and what a year it has been! Ben joined the business with many years’ experience within the automotive recruitment sector. Ben used his first 3 months within Vibe to get to know our business, understand the sectors that Vibe works within and spend time with each of our teams around the UK to familiarise himself with our business and our service offerings.

After this initial period, Ben’s vision was to take the automotive service offering that Vibe currently operated within our client base and take it to the next level. He looked for value added services that we could offer our clients, grew our reach throughout the UK and has since added additional team members in order to continue this growth.

Ben has made a significant impact and has pushed the boundaries of what our team could accomplish and his drive and ambition was clear to see from the beginning. From his impressive knowledge of the recruitment industry generally to his clear understanding of what automotive clients and candidates were looking for, the team could not have been more impressed by his impact.

Under Ben's leadership, the automotive division has successfully expanded its client base, attracting high-profile clients and forming strong partnerships within some of the largest dealerships in the industry. Through his strategic networking and use of the wide ranging business tools at Vibe’s disposal, Ben has been able to position the division as a trusted provider of automotive solutions, enabling us to pair our clients with hundreds of qualified MOT Testers and Technicians across the UK.

With one eye toward the future, Ben is focused on expanding our offerings to meet evolving customer needs. Recognising that the automotive landscape is constantly changing, staying ahead of these changes and proactively adapting our services will position us as a leading supplier across the automotive sector and will allow Vibe to continue to deliver innovative solutions to our clients and contractors alike.
