​We’re excited to celebrate Matthew Murphy’s 3-year anniversary with Vibe Recruit. Within these three years, Matthew has achieved significant milestones, including the promotion from Senior Consultant to Branch Manager of the Swansea branch. This achievement is a testament to his dedication in providing exceptional service within Swansea and the surrounding area.

As a Senior Consultant, Matthew demonstrated exceptional skills and knowledge in his field. He consistently provided valuable insights and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their goals and overcome challenges. Recognising his talent and potential, we made the decision to promote Matthew to the role of Branch Manager. This promotion not only signifies his growth and development but also the trust and confidence the company has in his abilities.

As a Branch Manager, Matthews now holds a position of leadership and responsibility as he oversees the operation of an entire branch, managing a team of exceptional consultants and ensuring the success of the region – an incredible achievement in just three years.
