Assembly Operator

Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for experienced Production Line and Sub-Assembly Operatives to join a busy and expanding manufacturing department based in Mamhilad, Pontypool.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday: 7:30am - 2:45pm

Location: Mamhilad, Pontypool
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.59 after successful training)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling parts and components on the production line
• Carrying out sub-assembly work using various hand tools
• Meeting production and quality targets
• Following set processes and instructions accurately
• Working efficiently at a fast pace
• Maintaining strong attention to detail
• Supporting a team environment and working independently when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods during your shift
• Ability to carry out repetitive, dexterous tasks accurately
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and good timekeeping
• Driving licence and own transport preferred due to location
