A new recruitment business has been launched in South Wales with a fresh take on recruitment.

Vibe Recruit has been established by entrepreneur Jon Ross. Having dealt with multiple recruiters who have serviced his workwear businesses over the years, Jon felt the industry was saturated by an over promise, under deliver culture. Having dealt with multiple recruitment agencies servicing his businesses, he wanted to address a gap in the market. The aim of Vibe recruit is to place service and quality at the heart of the business.

Jon says; “Having run businesses for most of my working life I am a firm believer that talented people are at the core of any successful operation. I have taken this approach when putting together the team at Vibe and want to deliver this to our clients. Having the right people in place can transform a business and we are passionate about connecting the right people to the right businesses and being part of their success.”

The team of recruitment specialists is made up of highly talented and experienced consultants who all share the same vision. The business will offer a full range of temporary, contract and permanent recruitment solutions across 13 industries whilst ensuring quality of service is paramount.

The first Vibe Recruit branch has opened in Caerphilly and with a committed team in place, the business has ambition plans for growth in the future.
