Vibe Recruit have acquired Welsh based recruitment firm, Centric Recruitment, saving more than 35 jobs.

Centric had been seeking investment after suffering some financial difficulties at the end of last year before entering administration. The deal with Vibe Recruit means continuity of service for all of Centric’s client base and also protection for the 700 temporary workers Centric placed out to work across Wales and South West of England.

Vibe Recruit has five branches spread throughout this region and the purchase has secured all of Centric’s permanent staff to roles within Vibe Recruit.

Jon Ross, Managing Director of Vibe Recruit commented ‘Centric experienced some financial difficulties and its purchase made complete sense from a Vibe perspective. It saves a large number of permanent jobs and also provides continuity for a large number of temporary workers placed around Wales and the West.  The Centric business has fitted seamlessly into the Vibe network of branches and has only enhanced the exciting growth plans that Vibe Recruit has over the next 3 years’
