At Vibe Recruit we believe it's important to reward consistent hard-work and one of the ways we do this is through our ‘Temp of the Month’ initiative.  

We are delighted to confirm the winner of May’s Temp of the Month Award is Cristiana Marinau!

Christiana has worked with our client since November 2017 and has worked through some of their busiest periods.

Brian manages Christiana and shared some glowing feedback on her work. He said “In the last ten years I have had hundreds of temporary operators and Cristiana is one of the best I have ever had. Cristiana consistently hits above targeted output rates. Her quality is of an exceptional standard and she takes real pride in her work. I have been trying her out in other areas of production and Cristiana continues to impress me with everything she does. Her work ethic is fantastic and she is one on the few operators I can trust 100% to work unsupervised.

Cristiana also gets on really well with everybody here and I’m frequently told by people in other department on how good her work is.

During our quiet periods when we have to stand operators down for a few weeks I always worry that Cristiana won’t be available to start back. Fortunately, she has been which is always a huge relief for me.

If I was in a position to take Cristiana on in a permanent position I wouldn’t hesitate. Cristiana would be a real asset for any company lucky enough to have her as a permanent employee.”

It was an absolute pleasure to present Christiana with her award along with a £20 voucher, Brian even joined us to thank her personally for her continued hard work.
