We were very happy to present Vibe’s Temp of the Month Award for February to James Dorney!

James was nominated by our Senior Recruitment Consultant, Naomi who commented that James has an excellent work ethic and is always happy to work extra hours if required in order to ensure a job gets completed.

He has been cross trained in various departments since joining which, combined with his positive attitude has made him stand out as an exceptional employee.

James never fails to turn up for work and is always happy to help in whichever department needs his support. He always has a smile on his face and a brilliant can-do attitude.  In the short space of time James has been with us, he has become an extremely valuable member of the dispatch team, and as a result of his hard work has been awarded with a permanent contract.
