Vibe Recruit has welcomed two senior team members who will strengthen our service offering.

Matthew Murphy and Michaela Bennett, both of whom are experienced recruiters, are joining the business as Senior Recruitment Consultants.

Michaela has vast experience in the Recruitment Industry having previously worked for a multi-national recruiter. She joins Vibe as a Senior Permanent Consultant and will be covering the West Wales Region, where she already has strong contacts. Michaela has worked in both Business Management and Senior Consultant positions throughout her career but says her passion lies in building relationships and making placements.

Michaela said that: “Joining Vibe has been a real breath of fresh air for me and I’m so excited to join such an established team. I’m passionate about recruitment so I’m so glad to be able to work with a company who is as motivated as I am. I can’t wait to be back in a consultant role doing what I love, and I’m excited for what my future with Vibe has in store.”

Matthew Murphy is joining Vibe as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and will be based in the Swansea branch along with Michaela. Matthew has experience in both permanent and temporary recruitment and a strong knowledge of the South and West Wales regions.

Matthew said: “I was attracted by the opportunity to join a larger team and help to grow the Swansea branch who already have an excellent reputation. Being allowed the freedom and flexibility to grow my own desk the right way but with the added support is a really exciting opportunity.

My strengths lie in being able to gather thorough understanding of each client’s business and understanding their individual needs. I enjoy working to specific service agreements in order to grow accounts.”
